Molly has been a reporter in motorsport for more than 20 years. It all began at local street car events in Norway in 2006. After covering many events in Norway and Sweden over the next 8 years Molly took a big step when offered the role as pit-lane reporter for the inaugural season of the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2014.

Parallel to reporting in motorsport Molly pursued a career as a racing driver. Between 2009 and 2018 Molly raced in Scandinavia in GT series, Danish Thundersport Championship/Norwegian Thunder Car Championship and Danish Supertourisme. Molly brings invaluable behind-the-wheel experience in to all motorsport broadcasting roles.

In 2015 Molly combined a role of lead commentator and reporter for the Norwegian WRC (World Rally Championship) broadcaster, TV2. This led to becoming a reporter for WRC Promoter from 2016, a role still held today.
