Molly has extensive experience with commentary in Rally and Rallycross. Commentating WRC highlight programs for Viasport in Norway is where it all began back in 2012. Molly combined a lead commentator role with Norwegian WRC Broadcaster at the time, TV2 with visits on site on several occasions in 2015. In 2019/2020 Molly stepped in as expert commentator for Norwegian WRC Broadcaster at the time, Eurosport.

In Rallycross Molly has been lead commentator for RallyX 2019/2020 and for FIA World Rallycross RX3 in 2023.

Molly has also had an expert commentator role for the Race of Champions coverage in Norway on NRK. Also on NRK Molly had a lead commentator role for LIVE stages in the Norwegian Rally Championship.
